- Plans and pricesWhat Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise include, with the monthly and yearly prices in euros, the 14-day trial, the VAT note and how to subscribe.
- Start a free trialPro and Team start with 14 days free. A card is needed, nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before the end costs nothing.
- Manage your subscriptionChange plan or billing period, update your card, read your invoices or cancel, all from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling keeps your plan until the period ends.
- Find and download your invoicesYour invoices are in Settings → Subscription as PDFs. See what each line shows, why the first one comes late, and how to fix the details on it.
- Give Team seats to your colleaguesA Team plan is billed per seat. Buy the seats, give one to each colleague by email, free a seat, change the number of seats, and see how the trial limits them.
- Sign in and reset your passwordSign in with Google or with an email and password, reset a forgotten password with an emailed link, confirm your email and edit your profile.
- Turn on two-step verificationProtect your account with a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Set it up, sign in with it, keep your recovery codes safe, and turn it off if needed.
- Sign out and manage your sessionsSign out of one device, end every session after a lost phone, and revoke the AI assistants and access keys connected to your account.
- Change the language, theme and text sizePick Prior's language, switch between light and dark, and set the text size and density. These choices follow your account on every device.
- Set up notificationsChoose which reminders Prior shows on each device, set quiet hours, test that they arrive, and see what reaches your inbox instead.
- Export your dataDownload a ZIP copy of your tasks, habits, notes, projects, flashcards and settings from Settings → Profile & account. See what is in it and what is not.
- Delete your accountDelete your Prior account and its data from Settings → Profile & account. See what is erased at once, what is kept for teammates and the law, and what to do first.
