Plans and prices
What Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise include, with the monthly and yearly prices in euros, the 14-day trial, the VAT note and how to subscribe.
Prior has four plans. Free covers everything you need to plan your own work. Pro adds Prior AI, automatic time blocking and the Scrum toolkit. Team is Pro for a group, billed per seat. Enterprise is set by quote.

Enterprise also has priority support and invoicing on quote. To ask for a quote, choose Contact us on the Plans page or write to contact@priortasks.com.
Prices and tax
- Prices are in euros and are the final price: no VAT is added ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI", the French small-business scheme).
- Yearly billing costs 25% less than twelve months of Pro, and 20% less per seat for Team.
- The price shown when you order is the price you pay. If a price or an offer changes while you are subscribed, you are told by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then.
- You pay by card, through Stripe. Prior never sees your card number.
Subscribe
- Open Plans in the sidebar, or choose See plans in Settings → Subscription.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top of the plans.
- For Pro or Team, choose Try free for 14 days if you have not had a subscription before, or Choose Pro or Choose Team otherwise. For Team, pick the number of seats first.
- Fill in the secure Stripe page that opens, and confirm.
You come back to Prior with your plan active. If the plan takes a moment to show, a message says "Payment received. Your plan will appear in a few seconds." See Start a free trial for what the trial changes, and Manage your subscription to change or cancel later.
What stops without Pro
Everything stays in your account, and only the Pro features stop:
- Automatic time blocking plans nothing. Times you already locked on tasks still show. See Time blocking.
- Scrum and Scrumban projects keep their sprints, points and data, and work as Kanban. The plan that counts is the project owner's: members on Free get the Scrum tools in a project owned by someone on Pro.
- Prior AI is off. You can still use the assistant with your own OpenRouter key, or Codex on desktop.
- Sharing limits apply when you invite someone. People already in a project stay in it.
Good to know
- Assistant tokens measure the text exchanged with the assistant. They reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and unused tokens do not carry over. When they run out, the assistant pauses until next month and everything else keeps working.
- Today recommendations, duration estimates and dictation are included under fair use, with a daily limit against abuse.
- Changing between paid plans is prorated on your next invoice.
- The 14-day trial is for a first subscription, on Pro or Team, monthly or yearly.
